Beginners Courses are a great way to try yoga and pilates for the first time and build a practice that suits you and feels good.

What should I wear to class?
Wear something that is comfy to move in. You want to wear shorts or leggings and a vest top or t-shirt.
How does attending a course differ from regular classes?
Our courses have a set structure with specific learning objectives each week. There tends to be more time for discussion and questions in a course setting compared to classes. You can also get to know the other participants because it is the same people attending every week.
Will I be ready to attend your mixed level classes after I have completed the beginners course?
Yes you should have enough confidence and knowledge to start attending mixed level classes although some people prefer to do the beginners course a couple of times before moving on.
Is it ok to attend if I am recovering from an injury or illness?
If you are recovering from an injury or illness be sure to discuss any new movement practice like yoga with your doctor or physio.
Are the courses refundable?
The courses are non refundable.
Can I attend only part of a course and finish it another time?
No, all course bookings are fixed for that particular course so you cannot transfer your booking to a different course if you miss any classes
