Class Bookings
Pre-booked classes classes must be paid for in advance. We do not accept cash or in-person bookings.
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. If you have a class pass the class will be credited back to your account.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class no refund will be issued and if you have a class pass the class will not be credited back to your account.
We begin class on time and are not able to admit latecomers once we’ve locked our doors.
Please note that expiry dates on class passes cannot be extended for any reason.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for class. Teachers will be setting up the studio and class planning up until this time and with shared belongings, other classes and therapists working within our space we aren’t able to open doors earlier than 15 minutes before class starts.
Class Passes
1. Before purchasing a class pass, ensure you understand the relevant expiry date and agree to using your classes within the stated date range. Class passes cannot be used for courses or workshops.
2. The introductory pass cannot be used for pregnancy yoga classes.
3. The introductory pass cannot be used twice if you create a separate account.
Monthly Membership
Monthly auto-renew memberships will be billed to your credit card each month. Your membership continues on a monthly rollover and we ask for a minimum 3 month commitment. This applies to the Fiver and Unlimited memberships.
After your 3 month contract period you may put a one month (minimum) cancellation on your pass for holiday purposes. Please make the cancellation 14 days before you pay for the month you wish to cancel.
To cancel (or pause) your membership please email us and give more than 14 days notice before your monthly payment comes out.
Monthly members will be charged £5 for late cancellation. Non attendance will also have a £5 fee.
Each membership can only be used for one person.
Holiday Policy
Please note that by purchasing a class pass or a membership, you agree to the relevant expiration period which includes all posted holidays during which class times are modified or cancelled. Please ensure that you plan your attendance accordingly as we cannot extend expiration dates on passes or memberships. All our holiday dates are posted on our timetable for your convenience.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds or credit for any purchases including courses, class passes, workshops and retreats.
Clothing and merchandise
Our merch is made to order and as such isn’t refundable.
Retreats Cancellation Policy
Retreat deposits are non refundable. See each retreat for payment dates. All payments must be completed by date stated which is at least one month prior to the retreat start date.
Concession Rates
Concession rates are available for people who are in full time education, in retirement or in receipt of benefits. Those purchasing concession passes must bring relevant ID on their first visit.
Online Classes
All online classes are non-refundable.
200hr Teacher Training Course
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions under which we provide the Yoga Teacher Training courses. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any courses from us. You should understand that by booking any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
Your Application
Once we have confirmed the enrolment, a binding contract exists between you and Studio 70. Once a contract exists all fees are due for the full period of your course and must be paid before the course start date.
The person signing up for the course takes responsibility for paying all required fees.
We reserve the right to cancel the course up to 7 days before the proposed start date of the course. We are under no obligation to give reasons for the decision to cancel a course and we will not be liable in any way to you for the cancellation of a course. A minimum of 8 successful applicants is required before a course will start. If we cancel a course you will be refunded for all the fees paid by you at the date of the cancellation.
Payment
Once your enrolment is accepted you must pay the deposit of £300. This deposit is non refundable even if you cancel your place on the course.
At the time you make your course booking you can choose to pay the course fee in full or to pay by instalments.
If you choose to pay by instalments you agree to pay the initial deposit of £300 at the time of booking and you agree to make further instalments of the specified amount with the final instalment to be paid before the course begins.
Refunds for cancellations will not be given under any circumstances.
Once you are enrolled in the course you are liable for the full fees of the course even if you later cancel your attendance at the course or cancel your attendance of any part of the course. The only circumstances that you will not be liable for the full amount of the course fees is if Studio 70 cancels the course.
If after enrolling you then cancel your attendance of the course or any part of the course you must pay the full amount of the fees for the course within 14 days to Studio 70.
