We currently offer pregnancy pilates and yoga classes (look for postnatal classes shortly).

*Please note, you will need to purchase our specific pregnancy passes by drop in, or 5 class pass (our normal intro offer and class passes don’t apply to our pregnancy classes).

 
 

Pregnancy Yoga

Wednesdays 6.15pm, 75 minues

Join us for a slow flow prenatal yoga class with specific antenatal postures to help you stay grounded, light and energised during pregnancy.

This pregnancy yoga session is a great way to connect with your baby, take some time out of your busy week, and help to relieve common aches and pains while gaining strength and preparing you for an active labour and birth.

Through a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation, you should leave the class relaxed, nurtured and empowered with a new network of supportive friends.

Suitable from 12 weeks.

Pregnancy Pilates

Sundays 5pm, 60 minutes

Join us for prenatal pilates. A class developed specifically with antenatal postures to help you stay grounded, strong and energised during pregnancy.

This pregnancy pilates session is a great way to connect with your baby, take some time out of your busy week, and help to relieve common aches and pains while gaining strength and preparing you for an active labour and birth.

Suitable from 12 weeks. 

Please note

  • All pregnancy classes are suitable from 12 weeks (after the 1st trimester)

  • If you’ve never attended pilates or yoga before please seek a medical clearance before attending

  • Reformer pilates is not appropriate for pregnancy
