Can’t choose between Laura’s Friday evening class or Abbie’s Sunday morning. One the perfect start to the weekend and the other the perfect start to the end!

What keeps you coming back to your mat every week?

The chance to escape all screens for once in the week and just relax. Also the feeling of progression in my practice.

What's on your headphones at the moment?

Alternating between new albums from Arcade Fire and Florence and the Machine.

What are you reading/ watching?

Would love to say something more high brow but honestly, Love Island! I need something that doesn’t require a lot of brain power after a busy day at work.

Your most loved shop/restaurant in the Southside?

Sunshine No 1 in Mount Florida. A great selection of unique gifts and lovely customer service.
